The Loss of the Father (Preview)
The white marble of Osiris’s palace gleamed in the sunlight, the many gardens and pools filled with all manner of flora and fauna, a testament to the prestige of the pharaoh. In the unspoken opinion of the gods and the mortals who remembered through tales however, it paled in comparison unto the majesty of Ra’s corporeal dwelling. Still, the royal house shone beautifully upon the banks of the Nile which Osiris loved. The mortal guards stood proudly at their posts and the nearby city bustled with activity.
